We offer​ the following with and without glass panels:

• Single and double leaf fire exit doors

• Steel single leaf personal doors

• Steel fire exit doors (fitted next to industrial door to act as a fire escape)

Door Specification 

Door Leaf

• Door leafs are designed with double rebated door leaf with a thickness of 45mm made up from 1.2mm zintec steel.

• The door leaf is filled with a high density, non-inflammable rock wool insulation for fire safety.

• Rubber seals are supplied as standard with every door.

• Doors can be hinges either left or right handed

• Stainless steel “D” handles

• Vision panels are available as an added extra

Door Frame

• 90mm single rebate frame made up from 1.5mm zintec steel.

        or

• 150mm single rebate frame made up from 1.5mm zintec steel.

Door Handle and Locking Options

• Deadlock and pull handle

• Sashlock and lever handle

• Morticed multi-point locking

• Codelock and lever handle

Safety

All our doors are fully compliant to the latest health and safety regulation.

• CPR (Construction Products Regulation) (EN13241-1:2003 + A1:2011).

• Machinery directive ( 98 / 37 / EC)

• Fire personnel doors are Certifire scheme sertificated CF5108

• Lorient tested to BS EN ISO 10140-2: 2010

Finishes

All of our personnel doors can be finished in prime or powder coated to any standard RAL or BS colour.
